As the team leader it is my responsibility to ensure the project is coming along smoothly and that everyone is able to accomplish the jobs they are to do comfortably. Making sure the game is completed is my main task as leader but ensuring my team is happy and working well is a focus of me for my management style, working towards each strength and covering for their weaknesses will be my task.

As the marketing lead it will be my role to sell the game using a range of skills from presentations, to merchandise and even just yelling at people to encourage everyone I can to play our game and get the word out there.
