Richard Pilling

Technical Lead

As a technical lead, my role is to manage the mechanical aspects of our upcoming title through a range of tasks; involving the generation of game mechanic ideas and making sure that the team completes the scripts to satisfactory levels. Essentially, I'm responsible for whether the game will be shipped in working order (as intended before completion).

 

In production, the whole team will be working together to produce the scripts, however, if the team is struggling with a certain script, it is my responsibility to step in, try to identify the issue and then find and figure out a solution. I also have strengths in the creative field, so I will be producing the Specimen character model along with some concept art.
